If you need help when we are closed
For all non-urgent medical concerns/requests, we encourage patients to submit an Online Consultation and we will get back to you by the end of next working day.
Contact NHS 111 for medical advice when the practice is closed.
The nearest hospital is the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch, and is approximately 8 miles away. If your problem is very urgent, we suggest you go there immediately, but please only do this is you honestly feel that the problem cannot wait whilst you travel to the Out Of Hours centre at Warwick Hospital.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy – if your query is of a non-urgent nature and you can wait until the surgery reopens, we advise you to use our Online Consultation service instead and get a response from the practice before the end of the next working day.
Physical accessibility
We offer at Alcester Health Centre:
- Disabled parking – Disabled parking bays are available at the front of the building.
- Step free access – The patient areas in the practice are all on the ground floor with no steps nor ramps.
- The First floor is accessible via a lift opposite reception.
- Disabled WC – Disabled toilets are available
- Induction loop – The building is fitted with induction loops
